About the estate
The Domaine de Maillac estate is nestled in the heart of the Quercy region and has farmed organically since 1987. The agricultural activities combine viticulture with dairy sheep farming and apple orchards. The produced wines carry the AOC Coteaux du Quercy and Comté Tolosan IGP denominations. The wine portfolio comprises dry rosé, natural sparkling rosé, red wine, and red wine aged in amphorae. The farm's production is sold directly through the on-site farm shop during regular opening hours from April to October.
