About the estate
The Domaine de Lahaye estate is located in the heart of the Jura wine region and is managed by Guillaume Tissot as the eighth generation of winemakers. The history of the estate dates back to 1930 when Joseph Tissot chose the name and its iconic symbol. The vineyards are currently undergoing conversion to organic farming, with the first organic vintage planned for 2024. The portfolio of the winery includes geographical and product-based appellations such as Côtes du Jura, Château Chalon, and Crémant du Jura.
