About the estate

The Domaine de la Perpreze estate is located in Puéchabon in the Languedoc region and is rooted in a long-standing family winemaking tradition. The vineyards feature soils composed of clay-limestone, lacustrine limestone, and rolled pebbles, planted with Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache. The estate follows organic farming practices and relies on manual harvesting for its grapes. Vinification is conducted traditionally without added yeasts, followed by aging in French oak barrels for the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Terrasses du Larzac and IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert denominations.
