About the estate
The Domaine de la Forge estate looks back on a long family tradition spanning six generations and was founded in 1988 by Michel Coulbois. Today, the winery is managed by his son Fabien, who took over after Michel's retirement. Spanning 16 hectares of vineyards primarily planted on clay-siliceous soils, the estate produces wines known for their extreme finesse and distinct minerality. Crafted using artisanal methods, the production focuses exclusively on Sauvignon Blanc to create wines within the AOC Pouilly-Fumé and AOC Pouilly-sur-Loire denominations.
