About the estate
The Domaine de l’Unique estate was founded in 2020 by Jean-Michel Just and his family in Caux within the Languedoc region. Spanning twelve hectares of vineyards across the neighboring communes of Caux and Fontès, the winery cultivates eight grape varieties under conversion to organic agriculture. The vineyards are rooted in soils shaped by ancient volcanic activity and basalt flows, imparting a distinct signature to all wines. Influenced by the Mediterranean climate and abundant sunshine, the estate produces artisanal red, white, and rosé wines under the IGP designation.
