About the estate

The Cave Coopérative Viticole was founded in 1935 and now brings together around 300 winegrowers from the municipalities of Sérignan, Valras, Sauvian, and Vendres. The vineyards are located on the Vendres plateau under a maritime climate and belong to the Coteaux du Languedoc terroir. Eighty percent of the vineyard is planted with noble grape varieties, including Merlot Noir, Syrah Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine production covers four appellations such as AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, Coteaux du Libron, IGP Pays d'Oc, and Pays de l'Hérault IGP. The portfolio offers a broad range of wines that frequently consist of blends of up to three grape varieties.

The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Merlot and Syrah.
