About the estate

The Domaine de l'Ecette estate stems from a long line of winemakers and was established in the village of Rully in 1983 by Jean Daux, before his son Vincent took over the family operation in 1997. Today, the property spans 18 hectares of vineyards, consisting of 67 percent white and 33 percent red grape varieties. Vinification is carried out using traditional Burgundian methods combined with modern techniques while respecting the terroir. The estate has a production potential of 130,000 bottles per year, with the entire output originating exclusively from the domain. Distribution targets private customers, wine merchants, restaurateurs, and distributors.
