Domaine de Deves

About the estate

The Domaine de Deves estate is managed by Laurent Maltinti, who took over the family property in 1992 and began restructuring the vineyard. The eleven hectares of vines are divided into fourteen parcels in the Alpilles IGP area on sandy-limestone soils mixed with pebbles. Cultivation takes place in symbiosis with the surrounding forest, with the soil being worked several times a year and organic matter incorporated. The planted grape varieties include Grenache, Vermentino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan, Merlot, Syrah, and Roussanne, among others. The wines are characterized by a low sulfite content.
