About the estate
The Domaine Chatelain estate has been cultivating the soils on the slopes of Pouilly sur Loire since 1630. The twelfth generation of the family currently manages the winery, overseeing 30 hectares of vineyards across the AOC Pouilly-Fumé, AOC Sancerre, and Pouilly sur Loire denominations. The vineyards are spread across six different communes, providing access to a diverse range of the appellation's terroirs. Careful blending choices enable the production of balanced and distinctive wines.
