Domaine Charles Baur

About the estate

The Domaine Charles Baur estate is located in Eguisheim in the heart of the Alsace wine region, cultivating vineyards on the slopes of Eguisheim and its immediate surroundings. The family farms multiple parcels, including sites on the Grand Crus Brand, Eichberg and Pfersigberg, producing wines exclusively from their own harvested grapes. To ensure high quality, the entire production is harvested and sorted by hand and gently pressed using pneumatic presses. The portfolio includes the complete range of Alsace wines, a wide selection of Grands Crus, Crémant d’Alsace, and spirits distilled from orchard fruits.

The eno directory lists 24 wines, mostly from Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris.
