The Domaine Chaluleau Pons estate has its origins in 1987 in Saint Paul de Fenouillet within the Pyrénées-Orientales, established by parents Yves and Pascale. Following the expansion of the property, siblings Aude and Franck took over the management and currently run the winery together. The estate operates entirely according to organic farming principles and currently encompasses 15 hectares of vineyards. The annual production ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 bottles. The selection includes various wines carrying denominations such as AOC Côtes du Roussillon and AOC Muscat de Rivesaltes.
