About the estate
The Domaine Céline Coté estate cultivates a vineyard area of 5 hectares on stony and highly calcareous soils between Tonnerre and Molosmes. The steep southern and southeastern slopes provide the vines with optimal sunlight exposure and good drainage for ideal grape maturity. Production is based on the vineyard sites known as Les Boutôts and Les Noirots. Viticultural practices focus on yield control, high sanitary quality of the berries, and the balance between grape ripeness and must quality. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Bourgogne, AOC Bourgogne Epineuil, and AOC Bourgogne Tonnerre appellations.
