About the estate
The Domaine Carroy estate is located in Pouilly-sur-Loire in the Val de Loire region and has been managed by the Carroy family across five generations. The total vineyard area covers 9.2 hectares, spread across the hillsides of Pouilly-sur-Loire, Les Loges, Saint-Andelain, and Le Bouchot. Production is essentially based on the Sauvignon grape variety and the AOC Pouilly-Fumé denomination. The portfolio features three cuvées marketed as Bascoin, cuvée l’Eclat, and cuvée l’Ephémère. In 2016, the winery obtained the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification to reduce the environmental impact of agricultural practices to a minimum.
