The Domaine Cante Vigne estate is located in Saint Christol in the Languedoc region, an area known for its winemaking history dating back to the twelfth century. Covering twelve hectares of vineyards situated mainly on hillsides, the property cultivates grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Roussanne, and Grenache blanc. The vines grow on limestone and rolled pebble soils, benefiting from both sea spray and the drying mistral wind. Vineyard management focuses on parcel-specific care, often done by hand without artificial irrigation, earning the estate a high environmental value certification. The produced wines are classified under appellations including AOC Languedoc and AOC Grés de Montpellier.
