The Domaine Bösch Weinbau u. Catering winery is a traditional family-run business located in Hallau in the canton of Schaffhausen. The portfolio of the estate includes four premium Pinot Noir wines as well as a white wine made from the Müller-Thurgau grape variety. In winemaking, the estate focuses on careful vineyard management with minimal use of machinery and a respectful approach to nature. In addition to winemaking, the family runs a Pinot Noir tavern for tastings.
