Domaine Bony Gachot

About the estate

The family-run Domaine Bony Gachot estate in Nuits Saint Georges manages seven hectares of vineyards, producing predominantly red wines from Pinot Noir alongside white wines from Chardonnay and Aligoté. Established in the 1960s by Jean-Pierre Bony, the winery was expanded from the 2000s onwards by Fabienne Bony, with Eva Gachot joining the estate in March 2023. Viticulture focuses on environmental respect, highlighted by obtaining High Environmental Value level 3 certification in 2021 and beginning a conversion to organic farming. In the cellar, the wines are aged in traditional Burgundian ways to naturally reflect the terroir, climate, and vintage.
