The plots are distributed across various locations with clay-limestone soils on the prime slopes of the appellation. Winemaking at the estate combines modern techniques with traditional expertise. The portfolio includes various wine styles such as the Méthode Ancestrale of the Gaillac appellation as well as wines aged in oak barrels. The family-run estate is certified as an independent winemaker and places great emphasis on vineyard management.
