About the estate
The Domaine Ambre estate manages eleven hectares of vineyards in Lisle sur Tarn within the AOC Gaillac appellation. The vineyards are situated on clay-limestone and silty soils at the bottom of a south-facing slope. The grape variety portfolio includes the red varieties Duras, Braucol, Syrah, and Gamay, alongside the white varieties Colombard and Gros Manseng. The winery operates according to organic and biodynamic principles without the use of synthetic chemicals. Soil management relies on cover cropping and mechanical cultivation to encourage natural vitality.
