About the estate
The Le Palaie estate was founded in 1996 in Tuscany and spans a total area of 150 hectares, with 20 hectares dedicated to vineyards. The soils, originating from a marine environment, are predominantly sandy with clay veins, imparting a distinctive salinity to the wines. The grape variety portfolio includes Merlot, Cabernet, Sangiovese, Viognier, and Malvasia, among others. Vineyard management follows traditional training systems such as Guyot and spurred cordon, supported by technological decision-support tools. Today, the winery is managed by the Caponi family alongside a team of collaborators.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Sangiovese. The estate sells to horeca.
