About the estate
The Crama Liliac estate manages 52 hectares of vineyards in Batoş within the Lechința wine region of Transylvania. The winery combines traditional winemaking, with historical roots tracing back to the Roman Empire and German colonists, alongside Austrian expertise and innovative techniques. The grapes for the complex wines, particularly white wines, are grown in areas featuring solid soils and significant temperature variations between night and day. Operations include manual harvesting and careful processing to preserve varietal aromas and acidity levels. Through these methods, the producer captures the unique potential of the regional terroir.
