Crama Villa Vinea

About the estate

The Crama Villa Vinea estate was founded in 2004 by Heiner Oberrauch in Mica within the Transilvania region. The winery encompasses 70 hectares of vineyards planted with twelve local and international grape varieties, including Fetească Regală, Fetească Albă, Gewürztraminer, and Kerner. The vineyards are situated on southwest-facing slopes at elevations exceeding 300 meters. The local climate and soils composed of clay, sandstone, and marl promote a slow ripening process for the grapes, shaping the distinct profile of the wines.
