Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Crama Liliac exploite 52 hectares de vignes à Batoş, dans la région viticole de Lechința en Transylvanie. La cave associe la vinification traditionnelle, dont les racines historiques remontent à l'Empire romain et aux colons allemands, à l'expertise autrichienne et à des techniques innovantes. Les raisins destinés aux vins complexes, en particulier les vins blancs, sont cultivés sur des parcelles aux sols solides et soumis à d'importantes variations de température entre la nuit et le jour. Les opérations comprennent les vendanges manuelles et une vinification soignée afin de préserver les arômes variétaux et le niveau d'acidité. Par ces méthodes, le producteur exploite le potentiel unique du terroir régional.
