Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Crama Liliac bewirtschaftet 52 Hektar Rebfläche in Batoş in der Weinregion Lechința in Siebenbürgen. Der Betrieb verbindet traditionellen Weinbau, dessen Wurzeln auf die Römer und deutsche Kolonisten zurückgehen, mit österreichischer Erfahrung und modernen Kellertechniken. Die Trauben für die komplexen Weine, insbesondere Weißweine, stammen aus Lagen mit soliden Böden und beträchtlichen Temperaturunterschieden zwischen Tag und Nacht. Die Bewirtschaftung umfasst die Handlese sowie eine sorgfältige Verarbeitung zur Bewahrung der sortentypischen Aromen und der Säure. Durch diese Arbeitsweise schöpft der Erzeuger das Potenzial des regionalen Terroirs voll aus.
