About the estate

The Crama Dealu Bujorului winery is part of the Stațiunea de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Viticultură și Vinificație Bujoru, which was established in 1977 in Targu Bujor. The estate manages 360 hectares of vineyards within the Dealu Bujorului DOC denomination. Research and development activities focus on improving viticultural technologies and adapting to environmental factors in the southeastern part of Moldova. The grape variety portfolio includes new indigenous varieties such as Şarba, Băbească gri, Tamina, Napoca, Victoria, and Coarnă neagră selecţionată. Furthermore, the institution provides consultancy services for private winegrowers and supports the modernization of the winemaking process.
