The Crama Girboiu estate was established in 2005 based on the vision of founder Constantin Girboiu in Dragosloveni within the Moldova region of Romania. The winery encompasses 180 hectares of vineyards located in the Cotești DOC denomination. The portfolio features eight distinct wines, focusing on authentic expressions of the regional terroir, traditional-method sparkling wines, and limited special editions. The estate combines continuous innovation and modern cellar technology with a deep respect for local winemaking traditions.
