About the estate
The Corte Aura estate was founded in 2009 by Federico Fossati in Adro in the north-west of Franciacorta, focusing on the production of Franciacorta DOCG. Later, Pierangelo Bonomi joined the project, bringing his extensive experience in high-quality sparkling winemaking to support the vision. Operating from a converted historical rural building, the winery manages sixteen hectares of vineyards. Production is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, featuring Guyot pruning, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and an internal laboratory established in 2021. Furthermore, the estate emphasizes environmental care and the conscious conservation of raw materials throughout its operations.
