About the estate

The CONTERNO GIORGIO Az. Agr. estate was founded in 1886 by Paolo Conterno in Piedmont and is now led by Giorgio Conterno. Located in the historic Ginestra cru within the Langhe hills, the winery has been dedicated for four generations to the traditional cultivation of grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto. With deep dedication and a balance of accumulated experience and modern technology, the family carefully manages both the vineyards and the cellar. Furthermore, the family's winemaking commitment extends to Tuscany, where they also cultivate vineyards at the foot of the Apennines.
