About the estate
The Combel-la-Serre estate was founded in 1998 by Jean-Pierre Ilbert and his wife Martine after their son Julien decided to join the winery. Today, the property encompasses 23 hectares of vineyards located on limestone plateaus in Saint Vincent Rive d'Olt. The estate produces various cuvées and single-plot selections under the AOC Cahors and other designations. The entire domain was converted to organic farming to focus on the expression of the soils. The wines are distributed through a professional network as well as direct sales channels.
