About the estate
The Clos du Cers estate is located in Cruscades in the Languedoc region of France and is run by the family in the sixth generation. The family farms 18 hectares of vines, along with olive groves, using organic and biodynamic methods throughout the year. Situated within the AOC Corbières denomination, vineyard management includes traditional pruning techniques such as Cordon de Royat and gobelet, alongside mechanical weed control without herbicides. Paul and Sarah produce white, rosé, red, and orange wines. Harvesting for white grapes takes place using a machine before sunrise, whereas the red grape harvest spans over a month.
