About the estate
The Clos de l'Ours estate is located in Cotignac in Provence and was founded by the family in 2012. Spanning 15 hectares of vineyards, the property sits within a natural enclosure surrounded by woods in the Côtes de Provence appellation. Cultivated grape varieties include Ugni Blanc, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Clairette, Cinsault, Rolle, Grenache, and Syrah. The estate follows biodynamic farming methods and has been certified as a member of Biodyvin since 2021. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, followed by gentle cellar vinification to produce wines defined by freshness and minerality.
