Clos de Caille

About the estate

The Clos de Caille estate looks back on a history founded in the 12th century by Cistercian monks and is managed today by the Mariotti family, who revived the property starting in 1992. Located in Entrecasteaux in the heart of Provence, the estate covers 160 hectares of land, of which 40 hectares are dedicated to organically certified viticulture. The vineyards extend across sites at an altitude of two hundred meters on limestone soils and are planted with grape varieties such as Rolle, Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault. Vinification is carried out on a parcel-by-parcel basis in a modern winery, producing wines under the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination.
