The multi-generational family estate Clément Biot - Fontaine de la Vierge is located in Chitry-le-Fort in the Burgundy region. The winery was founded in 1983 by Noëlle and Jean-Claude Biot when they took over a smaller vineyard holding from Léon Berthelot. In 2007, Clément Biot took over the estate from his retiring parents after completing his studies in viticulture and oenology. Today, the estate manages a total vineyard area of ten hectares. The production includes various appellation wines such as Bourgogne Chitry, Chablis, and Bourgogne Aligoté.

The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
