About the estate
The Château Saint Sauveur BIO estate, with origins dating back to the twelfth century, has been owned by the Rey family since 1936 in the Vaucluse region. The vineyards cover 64 hectares near Mont Ventoux. Guy and his wife restored the property in the second half of the twentieth century before their three children, Guylaine, Florence, and Franck Rey, took over the management. The estate has been farmed organically starting from the 2015 harvest. The wines reflect origins from appellations including AOC Beaumes-de-Venise, AOC Côtes du Rhône, AOC Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, and AOC Ventoux.
