The Chateau Pindefleurs manages 18 hectares of vineyards in the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru denomination, featuring a geological complex that mixes gravel, sand, and clay. Merlot constitutes the majority of the vines, complemented by Cabernet Franc rooted in the clay layers. The estate applies reasoned practices with a total stop on herbicides and relies on manual harvesting. In the cellar, vinification is conducted on a plot-by-plot basis in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels. The final blending is carried out within the family.
