About the estate
The Chateau Napareuli estate traces its origins back to a historic building from 1917 in Kakheti, Georgia, which has been extensively restored since 2017. Organic grapes of the Mtsvane and Kisi varieties are cultivated in the estate's own vineyards. Winemaking takes place in a traditional marani using ancient Georgian methods with clay amphorae buried in the ground, known as qvevri. In addition to wine production, the estate distills high-proof white and golden chacha from the remaining grape pomace. Alongside viticulture, the property also offers accommodation and culinary experiences.
