About the estate
The Natalia Dakishvili winery was founded in 2002 by Giorgi Dakishvili in the village of Shalauri within the eastern Georgian wine region of Kakheti. The family's connection to winemaking dates back to the early 20th century, when the family began producing wine. Today, the family-owned estate cultivates its own vineyards and sources additional grapes from long-term partner growers. The artisan winery produces approximately 50,000 bottles annually in limited series of white, amber, rosé, red, sparkling, and dessert wines. During vinification, the family's oenologists combine traditional expertise with modern knowledge.
