About the estate
Château Malherbe is a historic estate located in Bormes-les-Mimosas in Provence, with agricultural roots stretching back millennia. Since 1940, the Ferrari family has managed the winery with passion and respect for this coastal terroir. Viticulture is based on two exceptional sites: the Pointe du Diable terroir where vines grow just meters from the sea, and the Malherbe terroir nestled on predominantly schistous slopes. Since its beginnings, the estate has never used chemical herbicides or synthetic plant protection products, and has operated under biodynamic agriculture with Demeter certification since 2021. The estate produces terroir-driven wines under the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination.
