About the estate
The Chateau de Tracy estate is situated on a rocky spur overlooking the Loire in Tracy-sur-Loire and looks back on a long history documented by an archive manuscript from 1396. The current family business was re-established in 1952 by Count and Countess Alain d'Estutt d'Assay and is now managed by Juliette d'Assay. The Sauvignon grape variety is cultivated exclusively on the historical plots to produce wines that reflect the terroir. Farming and vinification are carried out naturally, and the wines are bottled directly at the château.
