About the estate
The Chateau de l'Ou estate cultivates 26 hectares of vineyards located in the heart of the Roussillon region on alluvial marl soils sitting on the terraces of the dried-up Réart river. The winery has been practicing organic agriculture since 1998, strictly avoiding synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms. Natural substances, preventive methods, mechanical or manual weeding, and strict regulations regarding winemaking practices ensure a production process that preserves the environment. The resulting wines, covered by denominations such as AOC Côtes du Roussillon and Côtes Catalanes IGP, reflect this commitment to organic standards.
