Château Cavalier

About the estate

The Château Cavalier estate is located in Vidauban in Provence and comprises a contiguous vineyard area of 132 hectares at the foot of the Maures Mountains. The property is naturally bordered by surrounding woods, while the Cavalier stream flows through sandy soils to naturally irrigate the vines. Cool nights and morning mists ensure a slow ripening of the grapes. During vinification, indigenous yeasts are used for alcoholic fermentation. The wines reflect the aromatic diversity of the terroir, which also includes the Sainte-Brigitte hill.
