The Château Bouissel estate is a family-run winery located in Campsas within the Tarn-et-Garonne department in Occitania. Covering a vineyard area of 25 hectares, the estate's vines are spread across several terraces between Campsas and Fronton. The entire production is organic, featuring 15 different grape varieties planted on gravelly soils. For vinification and aging, the cellar utilizes stainless steel vats, concrete tanks, and oak barrels. Since its takeover by the Flores family in 2020, the estate has continuously developed its methods.
