About the estate
The Cave Jean-Nicolas Briguet & Fils estate is run by father and son in Ollon on the right bank of the Rhône Valley. Jean-Nicolas Briguet acquired parcels throughout his career and founded the current cellar in 2000, which is now managed by his son Cédric. Spanning four hectares of south-facing steep slopes, the vines grow on mineral soils. The entire harvest is conducted by hand without mechanical assistance to ensure the quality of the grapes. With one exception, the wines are vinified as single varietals, including Chasselas, also known as Fendant, as well as Johannis and Cornalin.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Chasselas and Silvaner.
