About the estate
The family-run Domaine Dillet estate is located in the heart of the Yvorne vineyard facing the Dents du Midi, with vines adjacent to the house. Operating under the principle of limiting quantity for the benefit of quality, the winery produces a portfolio of around ten wines. The selection ranges from apéritif wines such as Chasselas, rosé, and sparkling wine to gastronomic wines, including selections aged in barrique. Visitors are welcomed in an enotheque featuring an adjacent reception area, a terrace, and options for cellar tours.
