About the estate
The family-owned Cave Florian Besse cultivates five hectares of vineyards in steep locations such as Plan-Cerisier, Martigny-Combe, and Martigny within Martigny-Croix in the Valais. For four generations, the estate has combined experience and tradition with a strong commitment to environmental protection, biodiversity, and sustainable practices. The vineyards are planted on shallow soils derived from crystalline bedrock, schists, and moraines under the influence of a dry, southern-influenced climate. All vineyard work is done manually, and the entire estate has been certified organic since 2023. The winery currently cultivates twelve grape varieties to produce authentic regional wines.
