About the estate
The Cave des Oulaines estate has been family-owned since 1914 and is situated on the slopes of Lully in the canton of Geneva within the AOC Genève denomination. The winery cultivates five hectares of vineyards planted with 15 different grape varieties alongside agricultural crops. Farming is conducted entirely under integrated production guidelines, utilizing beneficial insects and maintaining designated biodiversity areas. Part of the harvest is vinified and bottled on-site, while the remainder is sold as grapes at harvest time.
