About the estate

The Cave de Goubing estate was founded in 1974 by Michel Jacquod in Sierre in the Swiss canton of Valais and has been managed by his son Olivier since 2007. The vineyards cover 3.5 hectares and have been cultivated under integrated production guidelines since the early nineteen-nineties. Vinification is carried out traditionally and without chaptalisation for all grape varieties. The portfolio includes wines with the AOC Valais denomination such as Fendant, Johannisberg, Petite Arvine, Ermitage, Pinot Noir, Humagne Rouge, Cornalin, and Syrah.

The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Diolinoir. The estate sells to horeca.
