About the estate
The Swiss winery Cave Constantin Francois et Mathieu is located in Ayent in the Valais and was founded in 1987. It is a family-run estate with five hectares of vineyards cultivated under integrated production. In 2000, François Constantin built a modern cellar and gradually increased the cultivated area. Since January 2017, Mathieu Constantin, a graduate of the Changins viticulture school, has joined forces with François to run the estate together. The portfolio features various wines from the AOC Valais denomination, including Merlot, Viognier, Fendant, and Cornalin.
