The Cave Colline de Daval estate is located in Sierre in the Swiss region of Valais, producing wines alongside fruits, fruit juices, and spirits. The winery focuses on environmentally friendly production and has held organic certification for its wines from Sierre since the 2022 vintage. The wine range includes Fendant, Petite Arvine, Pinot Noir, and Cornalin, some of which carry the Marque Valais label. In addition, the property features the Castel de Daval with guest rooms, combining agricultural production with wine tourism experiences in the vineyard.
