About the estate
The Castello di Montecavallo estate is located in Vigliano Biellese in Piedmont, where it has dominated the local hills since the first half of the nineteenth century. The vineyards extend across a historic hillside in Upper Piedmont featuring soils rich in sand and minerals. Today, the estate is run by the siblings Tomaso and Martina Incisa della Rocchetta. The portfolio includes wines under the Coste della Sesia DOC and Piemonte DOC denominations, among others. Winemaking takes place across both a historic cellar featuring chestnut wood equipment and a modern facility created in the former stables.
