Cantina Wilma

About the estate

The family-run Cantina Wilma estate was founded in 2007 in Chieti in the Abruzzo region and covers a total area of eight hectares. Two hectares of vineyards are dedicated to the cultivation of the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino Colline Teatine, and Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grape varieties. The entire wine portfolio under the Il Vino di Donna Tethi label is produced organically. Winemaking relies on natural fermentation with native yeasts and ageing on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks without fining or filtration. In addition to viticulture, the estate also produces olive oil and grows artichokes.
